HOUSE BILL NO. 155 "An Act relating to court-appointed visitors                                                                 
and experts; relating to the powers and duties of the office of public                                                          
advocacy; relating to the powers and duties of the Alaska Court                                                                 
System; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Senator Holland, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                                           
1780. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE                                                                                 
BILL NO. 155(JUD) was adopted.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
